The MSI Stealth 16 AI+ is not a laptop that shouts about its capabilities. It slides into a bag, looks like a standard business machine, and then quietly melts your face off with raw compute power. After spending two weeks with this machine, the takeaway is simple: the hardware is exceptionally good, and there is more than enough performance here to grind through almost any graphics, video, or AI task you can throw at it.

The star of the show is the combination of the latest Intel Core Ultra processor and an NVIDIA RTX 40-series GPU. This pairing is not just about gaming frames. It is about the neural processing unit on the CPU and the tensor cores on the GPU working together. I ran local image generation models, video upscaling, and a few heavy Blender renders. The laptop handled them without breaking a sweat. The fans do spin up, but they produce a low whoosh rather than a high-pitched whine, which is a welcome change for a machine this thin.

Gaming performance is equally impressive. On a 1440p display, Cyberpunk 2077 with ray tracing and DLSS 3.5 hit well over 100 frames per second. The screen itself is a gorgeous mini-LED panel with deep blacks and punchy colors. It is bright enough to use next to a window, which is rare for a gaming laptop.

Battery life is the only real compromise. You will get about six hours of light work, which is fine for a day of meetings but not for a full work trip without a charger. The 240W adapter is a brick, but that is the price of this much power.

The keyboard is comfortable for long typing sessions, and the trackpad is large and accurate. The build quality feels premium, with no flex in the chassis.
