The creative minds behind tomorrow's video games are currently on display at Arkansas Tech University. A senior exhibition, showcasing the capstone projects of students in the game and interactive media design degree program, is now open to the public.
Housed in the Norman Hall Art Gallery at 203 West Q Street on the Russellville campus, the exhibit features fully realized interactive experiences developed by the graduating class. These projects represent the culmination of years of study in design principles, programming, narrative development, and digital artistry. The gallery is open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with the exhibition running through Friday, March 13.
This annual event provides a vital bridge between academic work and the professional industry, allowing students to present polished, playable games to peers, faculty, and visitors. It highlights the diverse talents within the program, with projects often spanning genres from immersive adventures and strategic puzzles to dynamic simulations. The exhibition offers a unique glimpse into the innovative and technical processes required to build engaging digital worlds from the ground up.
