New Co-Op Dark Fantasy RPG Blends Dark Souls & Arc Raiders, Out Today

The dark fantasy PvPvE extraction RPG Mistfall Hunter is now available, blending punishing Souls-like combat with the high-stakes loot-and-escape gameplay of games like Arc Raiders. The title officially launches tonight across PC and consoles, featuring full cross-platform multiplayer support.

Players step into a grim, mist-shrouded world where they must hunt for powerful artifacts and gear while fending off both monstrous creatures and rival player squads. The combat emphasizes deliberate, stamina-based strikes and defensive rolls, directly inspired by the Dark Souls series. However, the core loop revolves around extraction: you enter a dangerous zone, collect valuable loot, and must reach an exit point before a deadly fog consumes the map. If you fall in battle, you lose everything you carried.

The launch version includes new content such as additional boss encounters, weapon types, and a fresh map area. Developer Bellring Games has also confirmed a seasonal roadmap with future updates.
